22. SOUNDBITE (English) Catherine Zeta-Jones: "My mother is still awake, I just spoke to her. It is some God awful hour but this is something that I will be taking back home with em and showing it off to all my family and friends in Wales."

23. SOUNDBITE (English) Nicole Kidman: "I used to say to Stanley Kubrick, how did you come up with that idea and he would say 'I don't know', and I think that is the most honest answer. It is not like I have some technique or something, and it is why I suppose I don't have an enormous amount of confidence when I go back into something, because it is so intangible, you are not sure how you do it and therefore you are not sure how you are going to do it again."

24. SOUNDBITE (English) Ronald Harwood, Winner Best Adapted Screenplay, The Pianist: "In the English newspapers there are attacks on Roman Polanski for his past, he wont touch that, so I did all his interviews in Cannes and have done quite a lot since. He just wont do it, and he wont do it because the press don't' want to treat him as an artist, they want to treat him as a celebrity that has got scandal in his past. "

25. SOUNDBITE (English) Adrien Brody: "He is an incredibly gifted and disciplined director. he provided me with a tremendous amount of insight into this character because he himself is a survivor and I am honoured that he chose me and I am very happy for him because he deserves the recognition."

26. SOUNDBITE (English) Chris Cooper: "I wanted to cherish this little moment and I have a very good, strong memory of it, so I think it was reality."

27. SOUNDBITE (English) Michael Moore: "We kill each other at an enormous rate, more so than virtually any other country on this planet. What was the lesson we taught the children of Columbine this week, this was the lesson, that violence is an acceptable means to resolve a conflict."

367215 Paul McCartney in Paris on eve of European Tour lift off APTN Paris, 24th March 2003

SHOTLIST

1. SOUNDBITE (English) Sir Paul McCartney (on how he feels about playing in wartime): "What we are here to do is lift people's spirits, so obviously if the times are difficult that kind of identifies our job a little more clearly, so I was thinking in difficult times people need something else to balance their feeling, so that is what we are here for is to just lift spirits and we hope to start doing that tomorrow night."

2. SOUNDBITE (English) Sir Paul McCartney (on the Liverpool show): "It is always lovely to go home to Liverpool, so I think we can expect a party you know, we'll be up for it and I think the audience will, and I can say I love the people of Liverpool because I am one of them and it is my home town and I get up there quite a lot, I have a lot of relatives there, that will probably be the entire audience, my relatives."

3. SOUNDBITE (English) Sir Paul McCartney: "I don't need to do it that is the truth, it is not a question of needing to do it, but it is relative, you could have said that after the Beatles had two years success they did not need to do it anymore, if you are talking of just money. But it is not why everyone does it, certainly not why I do it, that is a nice plus you know, that you get paid for doing this, but it is not why I do it. It is not a question of needing to do it, it is a matter of loving to do it, and I often say to people that if someone retired me I would kind of do this on the side, I would do this as a hobby, you know I would be going around pubs, he do you want anyone to sing tonight and if they would not have me in I would be outside the pub."

4. SOUNDBITE (English) Sir Paul McCartney: "Because the Beatles were recording and had stopped touring there are a few songs that I recorded with the Beatles after we toured that I had never done, so and I had never done them since, so this is like songs that have been sitting around as records for 30 years, but I have never actually gone on stage and done them, so that is very exciting cause it is like they are new songs, but they are not."

5. SOUNDBITE (English) Sir Paul McCartney: "Obviously the Beatles broke up, it would have been great if we would have been able to continue and it was the Beatles now, but as that did not happen and could not happen this is how it is now, so I don't worry about the past, you know that is something great and I am really proud of and had a great time then, but strangely enough I am having a great time now you know, so I don't worry about what it might have been specially when it is this good."

6. SOUNDBITE (English) Sir Paul McCartney (about his appeal to young and old): "You get the nostalgia, you get the sheer fact that the songs still work that is something that I would have never prophesied, you know you don't think it would work, but even alongside people like Eminem, who I like, I really respect his work and his lyrics I think our stuff still works, something like "Eleanor Rigby " alongside something of Eminem's, I think there is something in common, it is something you can get a hold of, you can get interested in the story, so I think there is something there that just lasts and touches a nerve in people."

7. SOUNDBITE (English) Sir Paul McCartney: "If my real family can't be here the tour group becomes the family, we become each others family, like a touring company, and that is pretty cool, so you do make a lot of new friends and that is a pretty close relationship, but obviously having Heather here is even better."

6. SOUNDBITE (English) Andrew Stanton, Writer/Director: "The movie was so epic, we had so many set pieces, we were in so many different locations, more locations than a couple of our movies combined, that was huge. The next biggest challenge was just figuring out the trickery to make you believe you were underwater. There were some real voodoo to that to get all of the right elements together, just right to make you think that there wasn't just air there, there, there was water everywhere." SOUNDBITE Lee Unkrich: "We wanted the audience as much as possible to feel like they were scuba diving, that there were down there with the fish, surrounded with the weight of all of this water around them."

SOUNDBITE (English) Brad Garrett: "Are you being facetious? 22 years in the business and I am a testicle with eyes, how does that make you feel? Don't act like you have ever seen one. A blow fish is what I am saying, a blow fish."

11. Film Clip - No re-use/re-sale of any film clips without clearance

12. SOUNDBITE (English) Willem Dafoe -'Gill': "I'm gonna say, a good story, witty, great animation, I don't know I get self conscious about being a cheerleader, I can only say that I saw it and because what I do is just one aspect I saw it like an audience because I didn't know what the story was and I really enjoyed it."
