"The Tories (the Conservative party) now want to scare us into accepting more of the same. Only Labour has a plan ambitious enough to unleash this country's potential. "The free movement that currently exists within the European Union, obviously by the time we leave the European Union, that free movement doesn't continue. We will negotiate a trade agreement with the European Union that will ensure tariff-free access to the European Union, and future migration will be based on a fair migration policy, fairness towards our economy and our needs of people, and an end to the undercutting and exploitation that goes with it."
Britain's main opposition leader launched his party's manifesto on Tuesday, saying he would reinvigorate the economy and protect the country's access to the European Union's single market after it leaves the bloc.
Labour party leader Jeremy Corbyn was speaking in Bradford, promising to make Brexit "work for ordinary people".
"We're clear there is now a choice - a Labour Brexit that puts jobs first, or a Tory Brexit that will be geared towards the interests of the City of London and risks making Britain a low-wage tax haven," he said.
Answering questions after his speech, Corbyn stated that freedom of movement in the UK for EU citizens would end after Brexit, saying his party would establish a "fair migration policy".
British voters go to the polls on June 8, in a snap general election called by Prime Minister Theresa May.
