Britain's Prince Harry went for an HIV test on Thursday in a bid to encourage members of the public to do the same.
Footage of Harry being tested was also broadcast live on the royal family's Facebook page.
With HIV rates in the UK continuing to rise, the 31-year-old royal decided to be tested publicly to help tackle the stigma surrounding the disease.
The Prince had the simple finger prick procedure at London's Burrell Street Sexual Health Centre on Thursday, and tested negative.
Harry has made highlighting the issue of HIV/AIDS a major element of his public work.
Next week he will speak at the World AIDS conference in Durban, South Africa.
