"Not much to be honest, just the sound of breaking bikes and shoes going onto the road and I couldn't see where it started or anything and I just saw bikes flying around and people crashing all around."

"I wasn't aware of that. We were just told at one stage that the finish would be at 3-Ks (kilometres) to go and then once we hit the 3-Ks to go they said 'okay, no it is at the finish'..so yeah, bit of uncertainty there in the final but yeah the main thing is that most of us have cone through alright. Geraint Thomas (Sky Pro Cycling) has been a little bit injured but he is going to get that checked out now."
