"We would like to spread the message around Hong Kong and the world through us, just like a speaker. So that we all know about the disaster and how to help the people. Secondly, we would like to connect with selected charity organizations and confirm how to give the funds raised from the public to the victims, and to see what else we can do."

More than 10,000 people were killed and injured when the massive earthquake struck China''s Qinghai province on 14 April 2010.
The disaster also left thousands homeless who are in need of aid fast.
The Hong Kong entertainment industry quickly decided to organize a campaign called "Artistes 414 Fund Raising Campaign" to support the victims in the region.
Organized by the Hong Kong Film Awards Association - more than 30 artists, including Chairman Gordon Chan and Vice Chairman Eric Tsang, attended a press conference on Wednesday (21 APR 2010) to announce a series of events.
Among them, a marathon concert is set to be held on 26 April which stars from Hong Kong, China and Taiwan will attend - including Jackie Chan and Andy Lau.
"We would like to spread the message around Hong Kong and the world through us, just like a speaker. So that we all know about the disaster and how to help the people. Secondly, we would like to connect with selected charity organizations and confirm how to give the funds raised from the public to the victims, and to see what else we can do," said Eric Tsand, Vice Chairman of the Hong Kong Awards Film Association.
The fundraising show will be held at Hong Kong Coliseum next Monday, the public can attend if they donate 100 Hong Kong dollars.
