++SOUNDBITE PART OVERLAID BY CUTAWAYS OF CEREMONY++
"Everywhere in Europe, nationalistic prejudices flare up again, populists campaign again, other people with crude paroles, they stir up hatred of Europeans against Europeans. The propagandists of nationalism are riding the wave again. Twenty-five years after we teared down walls where people were killed for wanting freedom, they are calling for new borders due to problems, which, for sure, exist, but are resolvable. Will we accept that new walls and borders are built in Europe? Let's say it clear, the right to travel and live anywhere in Europe is the biggest achievement of European unification. It is exactly this right which was denied to people for a long time."
