STEWART AND HOULT ARRIVE AT VENICE

Kristen Stewart's fans were out in force in Venice, Italy.

The star was greeted by screaming fans when she arrived by boat for a press conference on Saturday (5SEPT2015) for her sci-fi romance "Equals" at the Venice film festival.

She was joined by co-star Nicholas Hoult and director Drake Doremus.

Set in a futuristic society where emotions have been genetically suppressed, the drama focuses on Silas and Nia, two co-workers who fall in love and must find a way to keep their feelings a secret.

Guy Pearce, Bel Powley and Jacki Weaver also star in the film.

The film screens in competition at the 72nd Venice Film Festival.

Equals will premiere in North American at the Toronto Film Festival on September 13th.
