The Malaysian government held a remembrance ceremony for the 298 victims of flight MH17 in Kuala Lumpur on Saturday

Malaysian Prime Minister Najib Razak said the ultimate closure would be to bring those responsible to justice.

Rajindar Singh who lost his brother Karamjit Singh, said bringing the perpetrators to justice still won't bring back his brother.

Controversy continues over who downed Flight MH17 last year killing all 298 people on board.

Ukraine and the West suspect it was destroyed by a Russian surface-to-air missile fired by Russian soldiers or pro-Russia separatist rebels fighting in the area of eastern Ukraine.

Moscow denies that and Russian officials and state media have alleged the plane was shot down by a Ukrainian missile or a warplane.
