Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte called on Russia on Tuesday to fully cooperate with the criminal investigation into the downing of Malaysia Airlines Flight 17.
Commenting for the first time on the Dutch Safety Board's final report which concluded that the plane was shot down with a Buk missile, killing all 298 people on board, Rutte said that a key priority now is tracking down and prosecuting the perpetrators.
