The Arc de Triomphe is snow-covered and the Bois looks like a polar landscape. Blocks of ice float down the Seine and canals are frozen and the boats trapped. The ice is cracked away from them without much success. In the parks skaters enjoy themselves and Mlle Clericette gives an exhibition. ® ® Snow In Paris - Paris is under snow and little children snowball. In the Bois skiers are towed behind motor cars.
