"Well as I say it took three minutes for the three highest judges in the country to sum up who's right or wrong to trigger article 50. I think it was a no-brainer anyhow, that's why we have Parliament, they make all the rules and regulations, why would you let the government overrule them and it was clearly shown today. I think it was a great result and whatever happens this wasn't against the referendum, this was all about article 50 and I think it's been proven today what the decision is made is the correct one."

In a major blow for Britain's government, the High Court said the prime minister can't trigger the UK's exit from the European Union without approval from Parliament.
The government is likely to appeal Thursday's ruling to the Supreme Court.
Claimants argue that leaving he EU will remove rights, including free movement within the bloc, and say that cannot be done without Parliament's approval.

Prime Minister Theresa May says the June 23 referendum on EU membership gave her a mandate to take Britain out of the 28-nation bloc.
