Climate change protesters blocked the entrance to the London Stock Exchange on Thursday morning, by gluing themselves to a wall and to each other.
The activists wore electronic display signs reading: "Climate emergency."
Environmental protesters have blocked London roads and bridges in recent days in an attempt to raise awareness of climate change.
The group Extinction Rebellion says it will end its remaining demonstrations at Marble Arch and Parliament Square on Thursday.
The organisers said protesters will focus on the financial industry on Thursday "to demand they tell the truth about the devastating impact the industry has on our planet."
Extinction Rebellion vowed to escalate its campaign of disruption if the British government doesn't step up action against climate change.
