Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat said on Friday (31/10) that he would not go to 'final status' talks on the peace process unless Israel first pulled back its troops from occupied areas as promised. He was speaking after a Palestinian cabinet meeting on Thursday (30/10) night in the West Bank town of Ramallah.
