House Republican leaders slammed Democrats over the recent Mueller report, saying now that it shows there was no collusion between Russia and the Trump campaign, "it's time to move on."

"If 19 federal prosecutors, 40 FBI agents, working 18 hours a day for the last two years couldn't find any crimes to charge Donald Trump with, a House chairman, and a few House staffers shouldn't be wasting our time looking for them," said Rep. John Ratcliffe of Texas.

"They continue to want to harass the president and his family," said Rep. Steve Scalise, the House Republican whip. "Enough is enough."

House Democrats are pressing the Justice Department to provide the full report from special counsel Robert Mueller. House Republicans say they also want the full report, but only as allowed by law.

"The law however does not allow for the release of classified information, Ratcliffe said. "The law does not allow for the release of grand jury testimony."

The Affordable Care Act is taking center stage for both parties after a season of congressional business that's been mostly about Trump, including the investigations and the government shutdown.

Democrats believe health care is a big reason they were able to flip the House to their control last fall, and Trump told Republican lawmakers that figuring out the GOP version of the law will be a priority ahead of the 2020 elections.

Speaking to Senate Republicans on Capitol Hill Tuesday, Trump told them, "we got to be the party of health care," according to Sen. Lindsey Graham who attended the meeting.

Responding to Trump's push on health care, Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer said: "President Trump said the Republican party will be the party of health care. If that is true, God help middle class Americans."

Graham, who is also chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee said that he intends to speak with Attorney General William Barr later Tuesday to move forward on how to release more of the Mueller report. He said that parts of it may be classified.

Meanwhile, Democrats continued to call for the full release of the report.
